Welcome to Remixflow, an AI video creation platform for AI video remixing, short dramas, product promo videos, ad creatives, scripts, storyboards, and generated media workflows.

By accessing or using Remixflow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of the Service

Remixflow allows users to upload creative materials, write prompts, generate scripts and storyboards, create AI images or videos, remix reference videos, and produce marketing or entertainment content.

You agree to use Remixflow only in compliance with applicable laws, third-party rights, platform rules, and these Terms.

Accounts

1. Account Information: You must provide accurate information when creating or managing an account.
2. Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Unauthorized Use: Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload and the outputs you generate, subject to applicable law, third-party model terms, payment status, and these Terms.

By using Remixflow, you grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and store your uploaded materials and generated outputs only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions for any scripts, videos, images, products, brands, voices, faces, music, trademarks, or other materials you upload or ask Remixflow to process.

AI-Generated Content

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, inconsistent, incomplete, or similar to other generated content. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and legally clearing outputs before publishing, selling, advertising, or otherwise using them.

Remixflow does not guarantee that generated content will be unique, free of third-party rights, suitable for a specific platform, or compliant with advertising, copyright, privacy, publicity, or consumer protection laws.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Remixflow to:

• upload or generate illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, exploitative, sexually explicit, or violent content;
• infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights;
• impersonate others or generate misleading content without appropriate disclosure or permission;
• upload private identity documents, sensitive personal information, or confidential materials without authorization;
• create spam, scams, malware, phishing, deceptive ads, or fraudulent content;
• bypass security, rate limits, credit systems, moderation, or access controls;
• reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or redistribute Remixflow services without written permission.

Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions

Some features may require payment, credits, or a subscription. Prices, credit costs, generation limits, and feature availability may change over time.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable once credits, generation capacity, or paid services have been delivered or used.

Third-party payment providers may process your payment information under their own terms and policies.

Third-Party Services

Remixflow may rely on third-party providers for AI models, file storage, hosting, analytics, payments, email, and other infrastructure. Your use of Remixflow may also be subject to those providers' terms, policies, and technical limitations.

We are not responsible for delays, failures, moderation decisions, output quality, outages, or policy changes caused by third-party services.

Service Availability

We work to keep Remixflow reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

AI generation may fail, take longer than expected, produce unexpected outputs, or consume credits according to the rules shown in the product.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Remixflow if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or safety risk, abused the service, failed to pay required fees, or used the platform in a way that harms Remixflow or other users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remixflow is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remixflow and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, content, business opportunities, or revenue arising from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Remixflow and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
